At Hexaign Co, we value transparency and strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Cancellation by Hexaign Co
- In certain situations, we may not be able to accept or fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances.
- If your order is canceled by Hexaign Co after payment has been processed, the refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
2. Cancellation by the Client
- Once our services have been initiated, we cannot provide a refund.
- If a client requests cancellation before the work has started, a refund may be processed after deducting applicable administrative or processing fees.
- If any additional expenses have been incurred on behalf of the client (such as domain registration, hosting, or third-party services), those costs will be deducted from the refundable amount.
3. Non-Refundable Services
- We do not offer refunds for services that have already commenced, including but not limited to website design, digital marketing, graphic design, and software development.
- Payments made for custom projects, digital services, training, or consultation are non-refundable as they are part of a mutual service agreement.
- Any advance payment is non-refundable once the work has begun.
4. Refund Processing
- If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 7-10 working days via the original payment method.
- Refunds will not be provided for any partially completed work if the cancellation is requested after the service has commenced.
5. Changes and Modifications
- Any changes or modifications requested after the project has started will be treated as additional work and may be subject to extra charges.
- If additional services are required after the final quotation has been approved, it will lead to an adjustment in the total order amount.
